Member enterprises in Shenzhen:

The Association received a notice from the Municipal Service Bureau for Small and Medium Enterprises that the application for 2020 exhibition subsidy will start from December 13, 2021. Eligible enterprises in Shenzhen are requested to apply according to the notice requirements. The specific notice is as follows:

I. Funding Conditions:

(1) Private and small and medium-sized enterprises registered in Shenzhen administrative region (including Shenzhen-Shantou Special Cooperation Zone) according to law, with independent legal person qualification and established more than 1 year (i.e. established before December 31, 2018);

(2) The exhibition will take place from January 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020 (see Annex 1 for the exhibition catalog);

(3) The total amount of actual booth fees should reach 20,000 yuan;

(4) The domestic economic, trade and technological exhibitions organized by the municipal government are not covered by this plan.

Ii. Funding Standards:

The subsidy ratio shall not exceed 50%, and each enterprise shall not receive more than $500,000 in the current year.

Iii. Application Process:

1. Log in to Guangdong Government Affairs Service Website -- Shenzhen City -- Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology -- search for "Innovation, Development and Cultivation Support Plan for Private enterprises and small and medium-sized Enterprises" -- search for "Domestic market development Project of Enterprises" to fill in online, fill in and upload relevant electronic documents (PDF format, WORD format or EXCEL format) according to system requirements;

2. Prepare and bind the required paper materials in duplicate and submit them at the specified time.

Iv. Required Application Materials:

1. Shenzhen Innovative Development and Cultivation Support Plan for Private Enterprises and Small and medium-sized Enterprises -- Application form for Domestic market expansion subsidy projects (completed and generated by the application system);

2. Business license of the enterprise (copy);

3.2020 Tax payment certificate: the tax payment of the enterprise cannot be 0;

4. The certificate of the number of employees who pay social security in December 2020 provided by the social security Department (including subsidiaries and branches, which need to have the certificate stamp of the social security department, the number of social security cannot be zero).

5.2020 Annual Financial Audit Report (Provide the audit report of the applicant, and submit the notes together)

6. Sign the copy of the booth rental contract with the organizer (organizer or organizer) (check the original in the audit process);

7. Copies of legal vouchers of actual booth fees, including: invoice (invoice copy), accounting voucher, bank payment voucher (with the official seal of banking business), bank statement (with the official seal of banking business), etc. (check the original documents in the audit process);

8. On-site photos of enterprises at the exhibition (must reflect the whole picture of the booth and the company name or corporate logo, etc.) 4R or 4D color printing and development (about 6 inches), the photos are clear, and the photos are affixed with stamps on A4 paper.

Vi. Time of acceptance

1. Online application acceptance time: 17:00 from December 13, 2021 to December 31, 2021

(Note: New applications will not be accepted after the deadline for online submission).

2. Acceptance time of written materials: 17:00 on December 13, 2021 to January 7, 2022.
